CAS February Challenge: Pink and Red

Thank you CAS Watercolour
You helped inspire a Valentine!!   I created a pink and red "paper" with Lindy's Magicals.  Boy are they "magical"!!  Then cut out a the birch trees using a TH Die.  The Moose is either Penny black or Poppy.  That much sat around forever waiting for a background...then I saw a scrap of silver glitter paper and thought the white glitter paper would look like the snow we have outside right now.  Added a few tiny hearts and embossed in gold a sentiment from Penny black.  The frame is popped up with foam tape.

It turned out to be a very Alaskan Valentine, with the pink Alpen Glow, the glittery snow and the moose.

Thanks for looking!  I truly appreciate your time and effort to leave a comment,

  1. LOVE this design Jules! The magicals are truly amazing and your moose looks amazing! So fantastic thinking outside the box to use a non-traditional image for Valentine's Day with traditional colours! Your forest scene is beautiful with the white trees and glittery background. Thanks for sharing with us at CAS Watercolour!
