Well I am 10 minutes late thanks to my son trying to "help"! I have had this idea since the challenge opened to use the wood grain stencil and Tim Holt's
blue glitter to make water. Well I think it worked out. Also used some old stampin up stamps and some Artistic Outpost stamps, DI and Adirondack Inks.
