Tim Holtz decided to use one of my favorite techniques this month...Crackle Glaze! I also loved that I finally got to break out my brayer!! It is amazing how it lays on the ink in such a cool texture way. It is hard to see in the background. I needed a birthday card for my brother, so I decided to try the "July Tag for 2013" I should have used the alpha dies for the Happy Birthday, just stamping it was too light. Oh well...It was fun to finally use this hanging sign die as well.

ReplyDeleteWhat a terrific card. Very masculine. The black crackle on the hanger reminds me of wrought iron. I'm going to have to get those stamps. Love the way you used the life is good sentiment with the happy birthday.
