Summer Card Camp 2: Week 2 Day 3

Well, here is my first attempt at a shaker card.  I will make more, but I definitely learned a bunch along the way.  First off, it is difficult to use word/stripes when you do not know exactly what you are doing.  Second, I would use a foam that matches the colors-like brown in my case.  Third, when using this scallops edge, I would build it backwards (acetate to top cover, then foam, then base...not sure when/how to insert the stuff!!  :)  I'll try it again and let you know...My niece is making one with me, we'll try on finishing hers later.  I had to build a nature card for my local shop Stamp Cache.  Thanks for the inspiration, Summer Card Camp 2 and Kelly Marie Alverez.

The little snail is a new memory box die cut out of felt.  Cute Huh? The box is filled with buttons, beads, sequins and more beads.
