Thank you Kristin and Jennifer and Tim for the inspiration to revisit the "Chemistry" classes.
It is so much fun to break out the alcohol inks again. I've been playing on Yupo paper of late, but breaking out the glossy paper is so fun. The result is so shiny!! I first tried to make a mask and stencil to get the result I wanted, but the alcohol seeped under the mask. I ended up die cutting my reject and made some more red and purple "paper" to cut from. I love the bright crisp colors! There is a silver float in the background, not sure if it shows up.
So here is my "POOF -there goes another year!"
The white eyes were a little to bright for the purple guy, so I used the green from my reject.
